Wedding Coordinator

The Package includes the following services:

Coordination begins 3 months out

·     2-3 Meeting Sessions (in person or video) – one of which will be the venue walkthrough (to go over the details and logistics of the wedding day) in order to learn your wedding vision!

·     Complete wedding management and day-of execution for up to 12hrs (coordinating both the suppliers involved and guests)

·     Review all your suppliers contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day-of.

·     Identify any missing pieces to the wedding day that may have been missed but are essential to run smoothly.

·     Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Any phone calls, meetings/ video chats need to be pre-scheduled though, to insure 100% of my attention.

·     Create a detailed wedding timeline for the day, so suppliers and bridal party know what’s going on, and making it strictly respected.

·     Suppliers management – I’ll coordinate with all contracted wedding suppliers by confirming their arrival times, getting insurance info, meal counts, confirming services booked, and any other important details, at least 1 week or more prior to the wedding. 

·     Greet wedding suppliers and be the point of contact on the day of your wedding - this way no one is bothering you with any questions or concerns! You deserve to enjoy every second of your Big-day!

·     Cross-check venue set up, making sure ceremony and reception are set to perfection. Fixing any errors that may come up.

·     Accurate check of all the wedding elements (tables setting, mise en place, tableau the mariage/escort card, guest favours, guest books, photo booth, confettata, etc.).

·     I’ll take care of the bridal party and family members, (e.g. distributing bouquets & pin corsages, reminding the Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents, and honored guests when it's time to give their speeches…)

·     Assist with bridal party and family for photographs/video.

·       Greet wedding guests  and be the point of reference on the day of your wedding, guiding them throughout the event, so that everything is exactly as you always dreamed of.

·       Distribute final payments to suppliers.

·     Retrieve wedding gifts/cards ~ we will monitor the flow of the card box and personally hand the cards to you at the end of the night.

·     Arrange for all your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.

·     Full access to the Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” ~ Trust me, it always comes in handy!

As you know, each wedding is unique and different, so we can customise this package by adding some little extra to it.
